Work within this leading hospitality, entertainment and leisure company as their key Human Resources Manager – leading and supporting the business as their Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the CCO, this is a true hands-on generalist HR role which is being relocated from inter-state. Key responsibilities include:
·Oversee recruitment delivery for casual staff and assist the venues / head office with full time staff appointments;
·Deliver employee training – collaborating with the operational team;
·Provide advice to venues on employee agreements and awards;
·Take charge of HR and OH&S policies & procedures;
·Provide oversight and feedback on the usage of the various HR systems;
·Lead a small HR delivery team.
Degree qualified in Commerce, HR or post qualifications in that discipline, you will be an experienced HR Co-Ordinator or “up and coming” HR Manager. You would have been exposed to a broad cross section of HR functions – ideally in a retail, or multi-site venue operation), where your stakeholder management, customer focus and communication skills will come to the fore.
