The Group Finance Manager will oversee the financial and management accounting function of the business and financial administration (Payroll, A/P and A/R) working with and supporting senior executives and venue managers to ensure financial objectives for the group are met.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role is key to ensure the quality of the accounting data, reports and overall compliance of the financial function is maintained to a high standard.
A key part of the role will be managing a team of eight finance and administration staff overseeing various profit centres in achieving budgeted sales and costs and the financial reporting for each profit centre.
Internal and external stakeholder collaboration will be a key part of the role working within the Executive team including a transparent and productive relationship with the Executive and the Venue Managers to control labour and cost of goods sold.
To be considered for this role, you possess CA/CPA qualifications, and have excellent exposure to (ideally) complex financial and statutory reports in large privately-run businesses. Other qualities we will be seeking include demonstrated leadership skills in running a finance team and an eye for detail.
