Upon leaving ANZ as their Executive Recruitment Manager, Bruce McIntosh formed Epicus International in 2012 from its UK sister company Epicus LLP.
Having gained over 20 years Executive Recruitment experience, Bruce has worked for both boutique to large recruitment companies and consultancies over his career, having specialised in recruiting mid-to-senior level executives across Technology, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
Epicus International provides Search & Selection and interim Management recruitment services to the FinTech and service based industries in Australia and the UK.
Established in 2012, our key attributes are our ability to source executives in either local or global markets, depending on the requirements and complexity of the assignment, while providing open consultation and advice from the start to finish of an assignment.
By working for a smaller client base, we provide a tailored, hands-on approach to the assignments we are engaged on. We have the ability to uncover future leaders by using a combination of deep industry contacts and modern web based technologies to tap into the hidden candidate market. Our typical assignments are senior to C-level executives, where companies recognise they not only need to “fill” a position, but more importantly need to attract the right Leader to ensure their business continues to grow and prosper.

With more than 20 years’ experience within financial IT recruitment, Michael has worked for many years as owner and director of a financial services company specialising in managing recruitment services to investment, retail and commercial banking organisations.
